Retreat information

Intensive Recovery Retreat

Everything you need to know about the Intensive Recovery Retreat, including the programme, activities and the people guiding your experience.

What's it about?

The Intensive Recovery Retreat is a small-group experience designed to help you step away from screens, routines and constant stimulation. It creates the conditions to slow down, reset physically and mentally, and reconnect with yourself.

The programme combines active challenges with periods of calm. Breathwork, cold exposure, movement, meditation, sound, recovery practices, shared meals and time in nature are brought together in one carefully paced experience.

Nothing is about performing or competing. The aim is to challenge yourself where it feels useful, then create enough space afterwards for the body and mind to settle, recover and process the experience.

Activities are organised and led by experienced professionals who provide clear guidance in a supportive, relaxed environment.

Duration 3 nights / 4 days
Group size Maximum 10 participants

Josje Josje

Josje

Musician | Therapist & Mindfulness Trainer

Josje is a versatile musician with many years of experience guiding plant medicine ceremonies, ceremonial concerts, and sound healing sessions.

Drawing on her background as a therapist and mindfulness trainer, combined with her intuitive approach as a musician, she creates a safe and supportive space where you are invited to slow down, feel, and become fully present.

Through her voice, music, and the deeply resonant sounds of her sound healing instruments, she invites you to move out of your head and reconnect with your body and heart. The vibrations and sounds can support you in relaxing, opening up, and connecting more deeply with what is alive within you.

Josje intuitively follows what arises in the moment, adapting her guidance to the energy of the group and the ceremony. In this way, she creates a space where there is nothing you need to do or achieve, but where you can simply be, feel, and receive.
